The hotel is not as large as depicted in the photos, but it is clean. The room amenities were not in great condition, and the size was smaller than expected. The service was average, although not as friendly as other places I've visited in Osaka. The location is very good, within walking distance of main shopping streets and right beside the train station. The dining options were satisfactory, although not the most extensive I've encountered. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay with some room for improvement.
